Updates keep failing, program self exits

Going on 4 days now, rebooted and restarted multiple times. I am showing 8 different makes updates. They all insta-fail, with "Download Failed" red arrows. Refreshing updates gets me Network busy, try again later, Codes 13 or codes 5. Then my Maxisys exits. Then just tapping on Update box on the main screen exist the program.What the hell is going on ? I posted a support ticket and got no response. Autel, are you reading this ?Tags: problems

Had this exact issue for over a month. Support said there is a fix for software. They had me go to settings, system settings, then Backup and reset. Then reloaded all the program etc then uploaded updates.This did finally work for us after 3 tries. GL. -

Euth , it sounds like that damn Maxi-Sys of yours needs to be euth-anized. -

So sorry for that. It seems there is something wrong in your files. So please do factory reset and download all the software again. -

one reason why it does this is a corrupted file because of poor wi fi always do you updates with ethernet cable
